How Do You Know If You Need Home Watch Services?
An unattended home is a vulnerable home. The longer homes are unattended the more vulnerable they are. We are here to catch minor issues, such as a water leak under the sink, before it becomes a major issue of mold all throughout your kitchen.
How Often Should My Home Be Checked?
Answer
We recommend highly weekly checks. However, we do also offer bi-weekly visits.
What if a situation arises?
Answer
You will be contacted immediately and sent photos. We will then come up with a solution and help with hiring certified professionals.
Will you take photos of my home?
Answer
Yes, we will take multiple photos during each visit. During the initial meeting we will discuss which items you would like to regularly receive photos of.
